1. Print out the box below (beginning with “Yes! I want to come to Camp Agape Vermont!”)
2. Fill out the information as appropriate.
3. Put the completed pre-registration form into an envelope and send it to:

     4.  You will then receive a full registration packet by mail. Your space at camp is reserved by completing and mailing in the full registration packet.
